We have plenty of sensory equipment, games and trained staff ready to get young people out into the community.

Our experienced and dedicated team comprises skilled professionals who are committed to providing personalised care. From specialised support with health and wellbeing to engaging activities that promote holistic development, we ensure that each resident receives the attention and assistance they need.

Expertise

Backed by a team of qualified professionals with extensive experience in caring for disabled young people. Both registered managers were formerly operations managers for larger organisations that will be solely focused on producing the highest quality care and outcomes.

Safety and Regulation:

All our homes are Ofsted registered, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of safety and Children's Homes regulation.

Personalised Approach

We understand the diverse needs of disabled young people, and our approach is tailored to meet those needs with compassion and empathy. Rooms and shared spaces will be decorated and furnished to create a welcoming and homely environment where young people are happy to live.

This includes work with partnerships to ensure that young people have every opportunity to develop themselves, meet new people and experience exciting new activities.

Transparent Communication

We believe in open and transparent communication. Families are kept informed and involved in the care plans, ensuring a collaborative approach to support. This includes our subscription to the Clear Care website, this allows us to seamlessly complete forms and keep external professionals informed and actively involved.
